• If you choose our standard delivery option (boxed candles enclosed in corrugated box) pick-up will be scheduled 1-2 days after order confirmation and payment. Partner courier service provider provides a lead time of 1-3 days delivery from pick-up.
• For pick-up/Grab/Lalamove or other express courier service, please drop us a message to know the availability of order/s.

For deliveries outside Metro Manila

• Upon receipt of your order tracking no., delivery lead time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on your delivery address

You will have to place your order at least 1 day before the pick-up date and they’re open from 10am to 4pm,  Mondays – Fridays

Yes! Please choose local pick-up upon check out and coordinate with us through our social media accounts for the delivery.

Our standard delivery fee is Php 100.00 for Metro Manila Addresses. This is good for 1 to 4 candles.

For express delivery service, this depends on the actual rate of Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy. You will have to pay the rider directly.

For outside Metro Manila, standard shipping fee is 170 for 1-4 candles. For orders more than 4 candles, it will be booked separately. Same rate applies for the succeeding candles.

Our 6oz candles will provide your home the desired scent for around 30 hours in total while our 3oz candles has a total burning time of 15hrs.

Note that it is not advisable to burn your candle more than 4 hours at a time as this can cause the wick to move, or slant.

It is recommended to trim candle wicks to 1/4″ before each use. This will help prevent soot and extend the life of the candle. Please visit our Kandela Care page for more information.
